Crewnet runs calling, business meetings, and market research for enterprise clients — about 20 people across two offices. Performance data was scattered across four tools, so leadership had to interrupt the office manager just to understand how the business was doing.

What we built
- Centralized and automated data from Podio, Pipedrive, Airtable, and FinStat using Make.com.
- Six Power BI reports covering cost per booked meeting, cost per lead, lead-source comparison, sales-rep performance, pipeline visibility, conversion rate, closing speed, and revenue by time and region.
- Self-serve dashboard so owners and managers see live performance — without having to ask anyone.
