What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. We also use similar technologies pixels (1×1 tracking images), local storage, and server-side event APIs that work like cookies. We refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary required for the site to work (e.g. remembering your consent choice). Set without consent.
- Analytics aggregate usage data to improve the site. Set only after you opt in in the EU/EEA/UK.
- Marketing / advertising measure ads, build audiences, and retarget visitors (Meta Pixel, Google Ads). Set only after you opt in in the EU/EEA/UK; honour opt-out signals (GPC, “Do Not Sell or Share”) in applicable US states.

Specific cookies may vary as we add or remove tools; this table covers the active set.

Meta Pixel & Conversions API
The Meta Pixel and Conversions API send events (page views, clicks, form submissions) to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (EU/EEA users) and Meta Platforms Inc. (US users) so we can measure campaign performance, build Custom Audiences and Lookalikes, and retarget visitors.
- EU/EEA/UK: the Pixel does not fire until you accept marketing cookies in the banner.
- US: the Pixel may fire by default. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) and the “Do Not Sell or Share” link in the footer.
- We may also send hashed customer-list data to build Custom Audiences; you (or the underlying contact) can request removal at any time via hello@techleadflow.io.
How to control cookies
You have three layers of control:
- The consent banner: open it any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer (or clear our consent cookie and reload).
- Browser settings: all major browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may break some site functionality.
- Universal opt-out signals: we honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) for US-state opt-outs and the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) where applicable.
To withdraw consent or exercise data-subject rights, contact hello@techleadflow.io.
Third-party links
Pages may link to external sites (Cal.com, WhatsApp, Meta, etc.). Their cookies are governed by their own policies; we have no control over them. Review their notices before interacting.
Changes
When we add or remove cookies we update this page. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
